Seal ring with hexagram. Crafted in the overlay technique, bottom layer chased by hand. The wide, very elegant ring band tapers from 15 mm down to 4.5 m. The hexagram is a six-pointed star, shaped by two overlapping equilateral triangles. It is the central symbol of tantra, tantric Hinduism and Buddhism. It is also a protection symbol against demons and fire as well as a sign of alchemy: The overlapping triangles symbolize the elements. The Star of David, named after Kind David, is a hexagram symbol with religious meaning. The Star of David until today has been most of all the symbol of Judaism and the people of Israel.
