The bangle is crafted in the overlay technique and chased by hand. Bottom layer darkened.Illustrated are two Celtic hands or Thor's hands. Thor's hand is deemed to be the watcher of Celtic deity and was carved into the entrance door in order to protect the house. This amulet is worn as a protection against dangers and misfortune. It is said to produce wealth. The bangle has a width of ca. 1.7 cm.
